To submit payment form, you need to enable Javascript on your browser. In Internet Explorer 6, go to Tools and select Internet Options. Under the Security tab, click the Custom Levels button. Scroll down to Scripting / Active Scripting and click Enable. You can change your settings back once you complete payment.
